We will gladly exchange or refund regular-priced, new merchandise within 10 days of purchase. After this time, an exchange or credit will be issued for a period of up to 21 days from the date of original purchase. This policy also applies to unused decorative objects, unopened beauty products and sunglasses; however, these items may only be exchanged or refunded at the location of purchase.

Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.

All sale items, vintage clothing, swimwear, undergarments, hosiery, jewelry, magazines/books and layaways are final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items. Aritzia and TNA Gift Cards may not be returned for refund.
