  • What is the Return & Exchange policy for items ordered on Aritzia.com?
    We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date at our Online Distribution Centre or in store at any Aritzia location. After this time, an exchange or merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card will be issued for a period of up to 30 days from the shipping date.

    Sale and discounted items can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card within 14 days of the shipping date at our Online Distribution Centre or in store at any Aritzia location. To exchange or return items for a merchandise credit, please contact Customer Care at 1-855-ARITZIA (274-8942).

    Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and all items must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

    All undergarments, swimwear, hosiery, and jewellery are final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

    Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card.

    After this time, an exchange or merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card will be issued for a period of up to 21 days from the date of original purchase.

  • When will my online order be delivered?
    Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to go to the carrier's website, where you can track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

    You can also track your order in your order history. Log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the 'Status & Tracking' column. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.
