Same Day Shipping FAQ

When do I have to order by?

Orders must be placed by 11am PST in order to guarantee that your package will arrive later that night. Any orders placed after 11am PST will make their way to you the following evening.

When will my package arrive?

Same-day deliveries are set to arrive between 5:00pm-9:00pm – so keep an eye out during those hours!

Is the service available on weekends?

Yes! Same Day delivery is available Monday through Sunday.

What if I’m not home?

If we miss you the first time around, a second attempt will be scheduled for the next day. If the second try isn’t successful, Canada Post will leave a failed-delivery card indicating which post office you can pick your package up from (typically, it’s the one nearest to your address). If you are not home on Friday or Saturday to receive your order, a redelivery will be made the next business day.

Why can’t you just leave it on my doorstep?

The last thing we want is for your package to go missing, and while your house may be safe, we want to be sure that your new things are delivered to you directly.

Can I track my order?

Yes – Canada Post tracking will become available at 4:00pm PST of the day your order has been placed.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

In the case that your buzzer number or phone number hasn’t been provided, your package may be sent back to us. Don’t worry! Just call Customer Care and they’ll sort things out, no problem. 1-855-ARITZIA (274-8942)

Order Processing Times

Standard Shipping — Orders placed by 2PM PST will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 2PM PST Friday will be shipping the following Monday. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed out the next business day.

Overnight Shipping — Orders placed by 12PM PST will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 12PM PST Friday will be shipping the following Monday. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day.

Same Day Shipping — Orders placed by 11AM PST will arrive between 5 - 9pm that evening. All orders placed after 11AM PST will be sent the following day.

Shipping Restrictions

For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", we can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Shipping To Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact Customer Care for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the 'Status & Tracking' column. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.

Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call Customer Care so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
