Our company has grown just as simply and organically. We began in 1984 as a single boutique in Vancouver, Canada, and over the years, expanded to over 60 locations across North America, including Chicago, New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, and Toronto. And in fall 2012, we opened the doors to our 13,000 square-foot Fifth Avenue flagship boutique in Manhattan. To say we're excited about this would be an understatement, even for us.
We cherish excellent design and honour it by paying the most acute attention to every detail of what we do. Each season, we curate a collection of exquisitely designed clothes from our own portfolio of exclusive brands—Wilfred, Wilfred Free, Le Fou by Wilfred, TNA, TNAction, Babaton, Talula, A Moveable Feast, Community, La Notte, and Roving—finding an ideal balance of trend, quality, and value. We feel we share our love of fashion with our customers by giving them a unique vision of what's best in every season.
Our design philosophy also extends to our stores, which strike the perfect balance of sophisticated and welcoming. We create each one with high-quality natural materials, ambient lighting, and luxuriously warm finishes that make for a casual, lounge-like atmosphere. Since we design every store individually, no two are the same.
No real conversation about the "Aritzia experience" would fail to mention our amazing staff: friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to offer personalized customer service to anyone who comes through our doors. This relationship is crucial to us. After all, "excellent customer service never goes out of style," says Hill.
Also in fall 2012, we launched our first-ever online shopping website to bring this unique Aritzia experience to customers across North America. We've clocked a lot of hours making sure it's the best it can be and that it represents all the things we value. We hope you love it as much as we do.
