Hello! I believe I am a good candidate for this position. I have over 4 years of experience in Retail and Supervision. Should I send a resume through email, or would it be best to come in between the hours on the days you have provided? Is the position still available?

Yes, we're still hiring for these positions!  Best way to go about it is to bring your resume into a store and ask a store manager for an instant interview.

I know the sales associates don't work on comission, but don't they have a hourly quota to fulfill? If they didn't, then it wouldn't make sense that an SA would bring your items to the till and put a card with her name on it, on your items.

Our Sales Associates do not work on a commission - if they seem eager, it's because they want to make sure they're being as helpful as possible!

I am looking to be part of the sales team and am familiar with the stores. Do we need to have retail experience in order to get a position at Aritzia?

The best person to answer is a store manager at the location you're interested in working at.  Experience is always good but isn't necessarily mandatory.  It really depends - hope that helps!

For the above listed positions (Sales Associates, Cashiers and Shipper/Receivers), we are hiring at all locations.  Management positions, on the other hand, are at select locations only.  Check out http://aritzia.com/store-team for more info.  Amongst other requirements, Store Manager candidates must have at least one year experience as a store manager plus 1 year of progressively responsible retail experience.

The minimum age is about 16 - ideally, around 18.  Hope that helps!

I definitely have to tell my best friend about this! She's dying to work at Aritzia, I wish I could too but I have no experience. Are the positions seasonal?
