In Store Purchase - Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund regular-priced, new merchandise within 10 days of purchase, in the original country of purchase.

After this time, an exchange or credit note will be issued for a period of up to 21 days from the date of original purchase.

Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.

All sale and discounted items, undergarments, swimwear, hosiery, and layaways are final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items. Aritzia, TNA and Wilfred Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded, unless required by law.

We will gladly exchange or refund regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date at our Online Distribution Centre or in-store at any Aritzia location. After this time, an exchange or credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days from the shipping date.

All sale and discounted items, undergarments, swimwear, hosiery, and layaways are final sale. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items. Aritzia, TNA and Wilfred Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded, unless required by law.

Online Purchase - Gift Return & Exchange Policy

If you received merchandise as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact Aritzia Customer Care for assistance. You may exchange or return your gift within 30 days of the shipping date.

How to Request a Return
  1. Sign into your account and under My Order History, select the Order containing the items you would like to return. If you used Guest Checkout and do not have an Aritzia account, please click on 'Order Tracking' at the bottom of Aritzia.com and fill in your order information.
  2. Click on the 'Return Items' button.
  3. On the Returns page, select the quantity for the items you would like to return and select the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why to help us improve it.
  4. Review your returns information by clicking on the 'Review Return' button.
  5. Confirm your return by clicking the 'Process Return' button.
  6. You will then receive an email containing your Return Number. Be sure to send and have your return package post marked within the 14 day return policy.
Your Return Package: 5 Steps To Prep
  1. If you saved the clear Aritzia bag, put the item(s) you want to return securely back in the bag, along with the original invoice or gift receipt.
  2. Then, place the clear Aritzia bag into either the empty white box or the soft pack we've given you.
  3. Remove all adhesive strips (there are 2 on the box and 1 on the pack) and seal the package—make sure to press firmly.
  4. Stick the Prepaid Return Label we've provided on the side with the flowers and over where it says "Place Label Here".
  5. Book a pick-up with the shipping carrier found on your Prepaid Return Label or drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location.

    P.O. Box Deliveries Only: If your purchase was shipped to a P.O. Box in Canada, please drop off your return at Canada Post.

When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know.

P.S. A return postage fee of $8.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund, along with any original shipping charges.

Online Return Refund & Processing

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via Aritzia.com with shipping and returns fees deducted.

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your return package.
